1. Please stir thoroughly before use, then add solvent to dilute, and continue to stir until uniform. In order to eliminate air bubbles, it should be left to stand for about 0.5 hours after stirring.

2. Filter the coating with a suitable mesh filter and pour it into the paint tank.

3. A suitable mesh filter bag should be installed at the paint inlet above the knife groove of the paint spraying machine and the outlet of the return pipe to prevent dust, glass chips and other sundries from flowing into the paint knife, and at the same time partially eliminate paint bubbles.

4. During the construction process, the solvent can be added to the paint tank by dripping to keep the paint at an appropriate viscosity.

5. During the production process, the paint should be replenished in time to keep the paint tank close to full, so as to avoid the air bubbles in the backflow paint being sucked by the pump.

6. The construction viscosity of the mirror back paint is 25~50 seconds (4 cups, 23°C), the drying temperature is 140°C~180°C, the baking time is 3~10 minutes, and the dry film thickness of the film should not exceed 30μm.

7. Before stacking the mirrors, make sure they are fully dry and the temperature should drop below 35°C.
